What a fantastic session - the presenters exuded energy and passion - they were determined for us all to be involved, to be loud, to have fun, and to learn in an engaging, exciting way!
Icebreakers...
Countdown Cutout - count up to 8, then 7, 6 etc. Add actions to emphasise the numbers.
HASH - Happy, Angry, Sad and Happy - Count up to 20, first Happy (# 1 - 5), Angrily (#6-10), Sad (#11-15) and to finish Happily (#16-20). Once you have that, how about lip syncing this!
Soundscapes - brainstorm ideas for possible scenarios, then in groups, create the sounds.

Creating Confident Writers - A3 images - using Post-it notes, write the words that come to mind as you view each image. Stick them onto the images. Share it. Slip it. Discuss it. Publish it.
